We can confirm that work has begun on an exciting collaboration between Trent FM and The Marshall Band to produce a World Cup Anthem featuring Nottingham Forest. Notts County, Mansfield Town and Nottingham Panthers as well as 12,000 kids from across the county. The song, ‘Raise Your Voice’ has been written by Phil Rostance and Ben Marshall and will be recorded in the coming months and released on or around June 4th!!
“We’re really excited about the track. Me and Phil spent some time in the studio getting it down last week and went and tweaked it with Twiggy & Brainz last week. It should be a great laugh and it’ll be fantastic to get Nottingham uniting to raise money for two great causes” B MARSHALL
The song will raise funds for ‘Shine Foundation’ and another local charity yet to be confirmed.
